Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up gives you 14 days of Pro free with 500 credits and no payment details. A card is only needed when you choose to subscribe — and a subscription starts, and charges, immediately.
What counts as an AI credit?
Credits cover both AI generation (drafting and editing experiences with the builder) and processing visitor responses. On average each response costs about 1 credit — it scales slightly with the number of questions and the prompt size. Your monthly credit allotment is effectively your monthly response cap, and you can always top up with a credit pack.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes — switch any time from your billing settings. Annual billing saves about 20% versus monthly.
What happens when my trial ends?
You drop to the Free plan automatically — your account stays, your experiences are preserved, but AI generation and new responses pause until you either subscribe to a paid plan or top up with a credit pack. We will remind you before the trial ends; no surprise charges.
Do credits roll over month to month?
Subscription credits reset each billing period (so a fresh allotment lands on your renewal date). Add-on credit packs you purchase never expire — they sit in your account until you use them.
Do you offer custom or volume plans?
Yes. If you need higher response or credit limits than the published plans allow, get in touch and we'll work something out.
