Risefy FAQ

Quick answers about how Risefy works — and how to get the most out of it.

Frequently asked questions

What can I build with Risefy?

Interactive quizzes (personality, knowledge, lead-qualification), calculators (ROI, pricing, mortgage, savings), surveys (NPS, CSAT, market research), polls, product recommendation flows, and feedback forms — all from one AI-powered builder.

Do I need to code?

No. Describe what you want in plain words and Risefy's AI drafts the screens, questions, logic, and layout. You can tweak everything visually.

Can I embed Risefy on my own website?

Yes — every experience can be embedded with a single snippet, opened as a popup, or shared as a standalone link.

What integrations do you support?

Native integrations with the most-used CRM, email, spreadsheet, and automation tools (HubSpot, Slack, Zapier, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Make, plus webhooks). See the Integrations page for the full list.

Who owns the data my visitors submit?

You do. Risefy stores responses securely so you can review and export them, but the data is yours. We don't sell it or use it to train external models.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets you build with the AI editor and explore the whole product. To publish and collect responses you either top up with a credit pack or pick a paid plan — every paid plan starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required.

How are AI credits used — and how do they relate to responses?

AI credits cover two things: generating or editing experiences with the AI builder, and processing visitor responses. On average each response costs about 1 credit (varies a bit with the number of questions and prompt size). So a plan's monthly credit allotment is effectively your monthly response cap too — and you can always top up with a credit pack if you run out.

Can I remove the “Made with Risefy” badge?

The Advanced and Pro plans let you hide the badge and serve experiences from your own custom domain so they feel fully native to your brand. Free, Starter, and Basic plans keep the badge (it links back to risefy.co).

How does the AI know what to build?

It uses your prompt plus any uploaded docs/URLs/images as context, then drafts a full experience — questions, logic, copy, theme, and layout. You can refine anything afterwards in the visual builder.
